Use GMAT Vault support for app access, account issues, AI feature problems, refunds, cancellations, privacy requests, copyright notices, or data deletion questions.

For payment issues, include your account email, payment ID, order ID if available, amount, payment date, and a short description of the issue.

For privacy requests, include the email address connected to your GMAT Vault account. We may ask for additional verification before changing or deleting account data.

If you believe you found a security issue, contact us with enough detail to reproduce the issue. Do not include other users' data or secrets in the report.
