Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy

GMAT Vault features are delivered through the web app. After successful payment, paid access should be linked to the account used at checkout.

Digital access is generally available immediately after payment confirmation. Payment-provider delays or technical issues may occasionally delay activation.

If access is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact support.

Because the service is digital, GMAT Vault does not charge shipping, handling, customs, or delivery fees.

For access issues, email hello@gmatvault.com with your account email, payment ID, order ID if available, amount, and payment date.
