Policy sections

01

Purpose and License

GMAT Vault provides an editorial workspace to log personal practice questions, index error logs, run custom drills, and review progress.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the platform for lawful personal study use.

02

Account Safety and Deletion

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You may schedule account deletion through account settings or contact support for help. An in-app request starts a 30-day recovery period. During that period, normal workspace access is locked and you may sign in to review or cancel the request while it remains pending and before the deadline.

At or after the deadline, processing may begin and cancellation is no longer available. Permanent cleanup may occur during the next daily cleanup run or later if a retryable failure occurs. Once completed, deletion is irreversible for synced practice records, error history, and active workspace data, subject to the limited retention described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for data you intentionally delete, fail to sync, export incorrectly, or lose because of credentials shared with someone else.

03

User Content and Study Materials

You keep ownership of the questions, screenshots, notes, explanations, tags, and other material you add. You give us permission to host, process, display, sync, back up, and analyze that material as needed to operate GMAT Vault.

Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, confidential, or third-party material unless you have the right to use it. We do not claim ownership over user-supplied study material.

04

AI Features

AI features are study aids for extracting, classifying, drafting, or explaining material. They may produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading output.

You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, saving it, sharing it, or using it in your study plan.

05

Payments, Refunds, and Access

If paid plans are introduced, prices, taxes, billing intervals, renewal terms, feature limits, and cancellation terms will be shown before checkout.

Payments may be processed by Razorpay or another payment provider, and payment-provider terms may apply. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation and Refunds Policy.

06

Acceptable Use

Do not attack, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, resell, sublicense, automate abuse, bypass limits, or misuse the service.

Do not use GMAT Vault to store malware, spam, illegal content, infringing content, or material that violates another person's rights. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, payment abuse, or legal compliance.

07

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

GMAT Vault is provided strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, bug-free operation, data loss prevention, AI accuracy, specific score improvements, or exam/admission outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMAT Vault will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of study data or prep outcomes.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the fees you paid to GMAT Vault in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

08

Trademark and No Affiliation

GMAT is a registered trademark of the Graduate Management Admission Council. GMAC does not sponsor, endorse, or associate with GMAT Vault.

All third-party names, marks, and materials belong to their owners. References are for identification and study context only.

09

Changes and Contact

We may update the service and these Terms as GMAT Vault changes. If a change materially affects paid access or important rights, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.
